Ms. Grady represents debtors, special investigation committees, and other parties in interest in corporate restructurings.
Cade Grady focuses her practice on corporate restructurings, both in- and out-of-court, with particular experience representing debtors in complex Chapter 11 proceedings and related litigation. She has been a key member of legal teams in numerous high-profile restructuring matters, including Thrasio Holdings, Prospect Medical Holdings, Vintage Wine Estates, and Wheel Pros.
Ms. Grady also has significant experience advising special investigation committees in Chapter 11 cases, assisting in comprehensive investigations into prepetition conduct and related-party transactions.

- Prospect Medical Holdings – Conflicts Counsel to the debtors in connection with their Chapter 11 plan, culminating in a successful settlement under Bankruptcy Rule 9019 with a major creditor and landlord.*
