Biography

Jonathan represents debtors, creditors, and other parties in interest in complex chapter 11 and chapter 7 cases, avoidance actions, and other related litigation.  He incorporates his experience as a commercial litigator to ardently protect his clients’ rights and secure desirable outcomes in an efficient and practical manner.

Jonathan has significant experience defending and prosecuting numerous claims on behalf of financial and other commercial institutions in New York state and federal courts. In addition to matters arising under the Bankruptcy Code, Jonathan has extensive experience litigating contract and tort disputes involving breaches of fiduciary duty, as well as various regulatory and corporate governance issues.
