The Togut Firm is proud to announce that nine of its attorneys have been named to the 2021 list of New York Super Lawyers and Rising Stars for Bankruptcy. Each year, Super Lawyers recognizes the top lawyers in the New York Metro area as selected through peer nomination and independent research.
Partners Albert Togut, Frank Oswald, Neil Berger, and Kyle Ortiz, along with senior counsel Brian Moore, were once again selected as Super Lawyers. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by Super Lawyers to receive this honor.
Associates Jared Borriello,Amanda Glaubach, and Katharine Scott were selected as Rising Stars. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state are named to the Rising Stars list.
