Togut Segal & Segal LLP is pleased to announce that Minta J. Nester, previously an associate at the firm, will be elevated to counsel starting January 1, 2022. Minta joined the Togut Firm in 2016 and provides exceptional representation to debtors, creditors, and other parties in interest, primarily in connection with litigation and other contested matters.
Minta earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School and both a B.A. and M.A. from Yale University, where she graduated with distinction and was awarded the Percival Wood Clement Thesis Prize. Prior to joining the Togut Firm, she was an associate in the litigation group of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she represented financial and other commercial institutions in securities, antitrust, and other complex litigations.
