Togut Firm Founder Albert Togut Featured on the Front Cover of Millennium, a Who’s Who Magazine

Togut Segal & Segal is pleased to announce that Marquis Who’s Who Millennium Magazine has featured founding partner Albert Togut in its Ninth Edition, in the Law and Law Enforcement section.  The feature can be accessed here.

The publication describes the Togut Firm as one of the oldest and most successful boutique bankruptcy law firms in the nation and notes Mr. Togut’s experience representing high-profile clients such as General Motors, Chrysler Automotive, Enron, American Airlines, and Frontier Airlines, as well as his more recent experience as sole bankruptcy counsel representing Westinghouse, Pacific Drilling, and Toisa Shipping.  It notes that Mr. Togut is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and the International Insolvency Institute and has lectured globally on behalf of the American Bar Association and American Bankruptcy Institute, and has taught courses at Harvard Law School.
