Togut Firm partner Frank A. Oswald is honored to serve again on the Board of Directors of the New York City Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) for the year 2023. Mr. Oswald rejoined the Board of Directors last year and has been an active member of TMA’s New York City Chapter for over 20 years, previously serving on the Executive Board, as Chair of the Membership Committee, and as General Counsel.
TMA is a professionally diverse organization in the corporate restructuring, renewal and corporate health space. Established in 1988, TMA has almost 10,000 members in 54 chapters worldwide. Members include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, advisors, liquidators, consultants, as well as academic, government employees, and members of the judiciary.
