Togut Segal & Segal LLP is proud to announce that firm founder, Al Togut, will be inducted into TMA’s Turnaround, Restructuring, and Distressed Investing Industry Hall of Fame, in recognition of his decades-long contributions to the restructuring industry. Mr. Togut will be inducted alongside a distinguished 2023 Class at the 2023 TMA Annual Conference on October 3-6, 2023 in San Francisco.
According to TMA, the Hall of Fame inductees are widely recognized as leaders within the turnaround and restructuring community, and have made significant contributions to the awareness, stature, and growth of their industry, leaving an indelible impact on its development. Harvey Miller, Jamie Sprayregen, Chief Judge Arthur Gonzalez, Jay Alix, and Wilbur Ross have been among those who previously received this honor. The other members of the 2023 Hall of Fame Class include Kelley Cornish of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP; Laura Davis Jones of Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP; Jay Goffman of Teneo; and William Snyder of CR3 Partners, LLC.
