Togut Firm Senior Counsel Brian F. Moore will be speaking on an upcoming panel titled “Ship Wreck: The Interplay of Admiralty (Maritime) Law with Bankruptcy Law” hosted by Turnaround Management Association of Florida and New York City. The panel session will be held over Zoom on Monday, December 9, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. noon ET.
Mr. Moore will be joined on the panel by Noah Weingarten of Loeb & Loeb, Michael T. Moore of Moore & Company, and Steven L. Victor of Development Specialists, Inc.. Yale S. Bogen of Development Specialists, Inc. will serve as panel moderator. The panel will discuss how to best navigate the intersection of maritime and bankruptcy law in restructuring.
