The Togut Firm congratulates partner Frank A. Oswald who has again been appointed to serve on the Executive Committee of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), New York City Chapter and as Treasurer for the 2025 term. Mr. Oswald has been an active member of TMA for more than 20 years, previously serving in several capacities, including Board Member at Large, Chair of the Membership Committee, General Counsel, and as a member of various committees over the years.
TMA is a professionally diverse organization in the corporate restructuring, renewal and corporate health space. Established in 1988, TMA has almost 10,000 members in 54 chapters worldwide. Members include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, advisors, liquidators, consultants, as well as academic, government employees, and members of the judiciary.
