The Togut Firm congratulates Founding Partner Albert Togut on his invitation to join the Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals (ACAN), an independent organization of court-appointed neutrals dedicated to advancing the court-appointed neutrals profession and providing invaluable information to judges and lawyers regarding the best use of court-appointed neutrals. ACAN’s members include former state and federal court judges and other thought leaders focusing on the creative use of court-appointed neutrals as tools to assist in the administration of justice and on how to develop and broaden the profession.
