The Togut Firm is pleased to announce that four of its attorneys have been named a 2025 New York Super Lawyer for Bankruptcy: Business practice area. Each year, Super Lawyers recognizes the top lawyers in the New York Metro area as selected through peer nomination and independent research. No more than 5% of the lawyers in the state are selected by Super Lawyers each year.
Partners Albert Togut, Frank Oswald, and Neil Berger, along with senior counsel Brian Moore, were once again selected as Super Lawyers. Each has been named a Super Lawyer for at least 10 years.
Moreover, Mr. Oswald once again received the additional honor of being named as one of the Top 100 Super Lawyers in the New York Metro area.
