Togut Segal & Segal LLP is honored and pleased to have once again been recognized by GRR 100 (Global Restructuring Review 100) in its 2025 guide of the leading law firms in the field of cross-border restructuring and insolvency.  Each iteration of the GRR 100 recognizes the top 100 restructuring practices from around the world based on reputation, recent work, and experience.  The Togut Firm has been included in the GRR 100 list every year since 2018.

Among other thing, the 2025 GRR 100 report notes that the Firm’s “independence, coupled with deep technical expertise and a lean operating model, has made [it] a recurring presence in some of the most complex and contested bankruptcy cases in the United States” and that the Firm is “a really important player in the space delivering top-quality advice and representation efficiently and more cost-effectively than some larger firms.” The 2025 report contained particular praise for Albert Togut, the Firm’s founder, from client testimonials:

“I’ve personally worked with Al Togut on novel and complicated cross-border restructurings and foreign company Chapter 11 cases since the 1990s. He is a leader in the field, with strong personal relationships across firms and wide respect as an authority in the restructuring space. In recent years, Togut has also been a particular leader in mass-tort cases, advising on restructuring and funding matters related to potential and pending litigation. Al Togut is an icon in the bankruptcy bar.”
